Mackenzie Brydon

Hi! I’m Mackenzie, Registered Massage Therapist and co-owner of Regeneration Station. I became an RMT in 2018 after graduating from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Throughout my career, I have worked in many different treatment settings, from a quaint spa in Muskoka to the financial and entertainment districts of downtown Toronto. In these experiences, I have found one true constant in the form of postural dysfunction. Many of my clients spend their days sitting at a desk, hunched over a computer. The side effects of this lifestyle plague nearly everyone who lives it, whether it be back pain, headaches, or reduced mobility. It is my passion and goal in each and every treatment to locate the areas causing you the most discomfort and provide relief. That being said, I also have a special interest in trigger point therapy, migraines/tension headaches, and TMJ dysfunction.

Ashton Shearer

My name is Ashton, I’m a registered acupuncturist and herbalist practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine. The compassion I bring to my practice has been greatly shaped by years working in a community setting, both as an artist and as a medicine practitioner.
My areas of focus include treatment of acute and chronic injury and pain, digestive concerns, neurological, and autoimmune issues, and mental health. During treatment, I love utilizing other modalities such as moxibustion, cupping, and gua sha to help bring the body into balance.
Outside of the clinic, I love hiking, gardening, drawing, and painting, and “nerding out” on books about anything plants, herbs, and Chinese Medicine.
Rakki Dia

Hi! My name is Rakki and I am a Kinesiologist in Toronto, Ontario. I have always been fascinated by the human body, the way it moves, functions, and carries us through life. This fueled my studies in Kinesiology and Health Science at York University (2014) and further education in Humber’s Exercise Science and Lifestyle Post-Graduate program (2018).
My experience has led me to work with various demographics including seniors, pre-and post-surgery clients, injury rehabilitation, ergonomics, post-cardiac rehab clients, and functional restoration.
I believe you deserve to feel good in your body and discover movement in a safe and encouraging environment. I want to support your journey to moving better, feeling stronger and capable within your body.
